Event/Project Cancellation: If you wish to cancel a project or campaign, please inform us at least 48 hours before the start date. Cancellations made after this period may incur charges based on the progress or work completed.
Full Refunds: We offer a full refund for services that have not been started, or if the service was not delivered as promised.
Partial Refunds: If services have been partially delivered or completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the value of the work completed.
Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as those for customized services or consultation, may not be eligible for refund once the service has begun or materials have been created.
